The Research Of White Collar In Modern Urban City Under Sex Isolation Field

In past several decades, a lot of women walked out of family and became professional women, which is one of the key elements which improved the social and economic development. However, many emerging problems harassed career women, holding them back. Using many white-collar women who worked in a commercial bank in Guangzhou as sample, this paper found out the occupation segregation is pervasive in white-collar jobs. Comparing with the male, the occupations what female had taken were little paid, ill treated and shortly promoted. in occupation reflected not only the difference of physical but also culture construction. These phenomena exist in every industry and different level in the same industry. It showed the gender discrimination in every aspects social life. The sex division reflected not only the physiology difference between men and women but also culture infrastructure based on social gender labor division. Though occupation segregate really existed in urban white-collar jobs, it took the decreasing trend. The element such as idea of feminism, the expanding demand of female occupation, the improvement of education level, and consciousness-raising accelerated the broken of occupation segregate. Reeducation or career qualification certificate become the most effective and general approach to get rid of the disadvantageous situation. using game theory, this paper drew a conclusion that husband working and wife home is the best model to maximize the behalf of the family. In the end, this paper put forward some measures to meliorate sex segregation.This paper can be divided into eight parts. The first part is introduction. The second part described the situation of the modern urban city. The third part analyzed why occupations were segregated. The fourth part discusses the reason. The fifth part talked how to break through sex segregation by reeducation or acquiring career qualification certificate. Using game theory, the sixth part analyzed optimization of home resource. The seventh part put forward the measures to meliorate sex segregation. The eighth part is conclusions of this paper.
