A Study On The Characteristics Of Women 's White - Collar Casual Behavior

Sociologists predict that our human beings would enter into the leisure time in2015and it will play an important recreational role in human life. With the progress of social civilization and the rising social status of women, the quality of women casual relationship will make a big difference to the harmonious development of society and the family. At the same time, while women white-collar workers have become an emerging middle class, they are playing an increasing important role in the economic and social development, also, they has become an important participant in leisure activities and it is well known that the high-quality life has a positive impact on their working of leisure performance.In this paper, the author has drawed on relevant research results both at home and abroad to tell the difference between the concept of leisure and white-collar and taken the white-collar workers in Nanjing as research subjects. In order to obtain first-hand data,the quthor has held a wide questionnaire-collecting and depth interviews. At the base of this work, the author has taken some analysis on these datas with some relevant data processing softwares. From the perspective of casual process, combining leisure and sociological theories, the author has taken some researches on female white-collar leisure behavior characteristics, which happened in working days, weekends and statutory holidays in three different scenarios and introdeced the "push-pull theory" into the research of leisure motivation and quee up the female white-collar leisure motivation factors under the help of single-factor evaluation model. At the same time, the author focused on comparative analysis of leisure constraints limit the differences in different groups of female white-collar workers. Finally, based on Lewin’s model of human behavior and behavioral characteristics cartel formulas and "push-pull theory" the author established female white-collar leisure behavior model which could enhance the female white-collar leisure life.This study has showed that:(1) Female white-collar workers has showed huge differences in the choice of leisure activities, leisure time preferences and other characteristics in the working day, weekends and statutory holidays and the white-collar working women’s demands and expectations of leisure are significantly lower than that in weekends and statutory holidays;(2)"Push factor" female white-collar workers mainly in leisure motivation to relax, keep the drive body and keep fit and other factors,"pull factor" is mainly recreational benefits, quality of service, attractive leisure products and other factors;(3) Leisure limiting factors for different age, marital status, education, income and the nature of female white-collar units exhibit different degrees of restrictions, female white-collar leisure behavior of different groups behave in the same situation different characteristics, while at the same situation, due to the different characteristics of individuals, all female white-collar will exhibit different behavioral characteristics of leisure and recreation restrictions;(4) the improveing of the status of women, harmonious society and family of the female white-collar worker are of great importance to community.
