Abstract/Summary:
With China’s rapid economic development, labor market demand for high-quality technical skilled personnel is increasing. And this demand is no longer simply the amount of supply of talent, but also the quality of the supply of talent competition one. Vocational colleges as a training base, shouldering the delivery of high-quality technical skilled personnel thousand to social responsibility and mission. To improve the quality of personnel training must strengthen teachers’ professional and technical skill levels and teaching ability. However, the training of vocational teachers in designing and knitting, there are some problems in the implementation, such as lack of policy support, emphasis on academic education, training opportunities, unequal, training courses emphasis on theoretical knowledge transfer, from the teaching practice of teachers, the training process in order to education experts and trainers as the main concern of teachers and other personalities and needs are not directly connected to the impact of the effects of teacher training. By collecting Hunan Chemical Vocational and Technical College of oil in nearly three years of training materials and teacher training in vocational colleges abroad relevant literature combined data were careful collation and analysis, research and try to propose solutions on the basis of Hunan Teacher Training countermeasures Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College recommendations.
