The cultivation of the vocational education teachers has always been a difficulty in vocational education which also hinder the development of vocational education to improve the bottleneck. To better develop and better serve the local economy, the teachers troop is the key in vocational education, and a good teacher training teacher team construction is top priority. Vocational education in our country’s teacher training mode of "double type" vocational education teacher training continues for many years, but along with the social life science and technology progress and industrial structure adjustment is put forward new requirements on vocational education, then puts forward new requirements for vocational education teachers, too. Vocational education teacher training mode of "double type" teachers in vocational education can not meet the new era under the diverse demand for vocational education teachers comprehensive professional quality, under the new social background, vocational education teacher training mode needs to be further perfect, so as to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of vocational education teachers, therefore, need to develop a more comprehensive cultivate teachers training mode.This paper through contrast research between the domestic and foreign existing situation, and the training mode to cultivate teachers, of the national vocational education teacher training in different parts of the typical model for the analysis of the key links, study and research, and questionnaire analysis was carried out on the part of Yunnan province vocational education teachers from the perspective of more objective and rational targeted analysis of the current vocational education teachers in Yunnan province’s own ability to lack, and a series of problems in the process of cultivation. At the same time, based on the specific vocational education, vocational education teacher training in Yunnan province actual situation, to comb vocational education and vocational education teacher training policies in Yunnan province in recent years; According to the status quo of the vocational education teacher training in Yunnan province and Yunnan province university education resources, develop vocational education teacher training mode for Yunnan province feeling, for the development of vocational education in Yunnan province.This paper is intend to influence the each link of the vocational education teacher training and attribute analysis on the professional comprehensive quality and ability vocational education teachers should possess, put forward in normal colleges and universities in Yunnan province as a platform of vocational education teachers training mode, implement "three t type" goal, to cultivate teachers for Yunnan province from the perspective of more diversified and comprehensive vocational education teachers provide strong guarantee for the establishment of talent training mode, to provide a clear direction and basis for the cultivation of the vocational education teachers in Yunnan province and the whole development of vocational education, provide a solid theoretical basis for the education of vocational education teacher training behavior decision-making.
