In recent years, our country entered a period of rapid development of ageing population. In order to improve the physical quality of the elderly, it must keep the long-term physical exercise. However, the exercise population in China has a problem which is the middle-aged men’s always neglect the physical exercise because of family and social pressure. Due to the physiological structure of the human body, humans begins to occur the degenerative changes when they reach to middle age about 45-60 years old, the comprehensive quality begins to drop sharply, especially in lower extremity strength and balance. Because the office people’s main working way is long-time sitting, this will lead to lower extremity muscle recession, osteoporosis, varicose veins and other a series of lower extremity disease. Because of the reasons above, the risk of disease of office people is higher than others. Fitness Qigong Da Wu take “Dance advocacy” as concept, and the whole actions mainly about the lower limb, what’s more,it analysis Qigong should be more prominent effect on the office middle-aged people in lower extremity strength from the theoretical, can alleviate the lower extremity strength recession of office people, reduce the risk of office population, raise the body quality of the old age when they enter the middle-aged.This study take 45-60 years old sedentary office people as the experimental object, they were randomly divided into two groups as the control group and the experimental group. The experimental group’s training lasted 16 weeks, the control group took on regular exercise, they just kept maintain normal daily activities. According to the Switzerland CON-TREX multi-isokinetic strength testing and training system, Hip knee ankle at 90 angular velocity and three joints isokinetic testing maximum peak torque length of hip knee ankle test. It is concluded that the office middle-aged people who take 16 weeks Fitness Qigong Da Wu practice, their lower extremity muscles acting ability significantly enhanced than the control group. In addition, regular physical exercise crowd with physiological aging, muscle strength of lower limbs with recession phenomenon. In Fitness Qigong Da Wu movements, the first action is straddle horse step, the second is T-step, the third action is thrust kick, the fifth action is hip swing type, the seventh action is lift knee action. These actions can make lower extremity muscles larger and improve the middle-aged office people lower extremity strength. According to 16 weeks Fitness Qigong Da Wu practice shows that, the middle-aged office people’s muscle strength of lower limbs have obvious improvement effect. Also, the knee extensors and hip flexors, ankle extensors can definitely improve, and the effect of relaxing and regulating middle-aged people’s lower extremity muscle strength is obvious, can prevent lower limb diseases in elder age, improve body quality of aging population.
