With the excellent results of vibration training in strength training abroad,it has been gradually introduced into China.More and more sports practitioners are exploring the frequency and amplitude of vibration training suitable for domestic athletes.Vibration training is often used in combination with strength training to increase muscle strength,muscle endurance and muscle explosive force.This paper mainly studies the characteristics of bodybuilding exercises to study the effect of vibration training on muscle strength,muscle endurance and muscle explosive force.Starting from the improvement of lower limb shape and starting from two different frequencies of the same amplitude,this paper explores whether strength training under vibration stimulation can improve and improve the maximum strength of lower limbs and the shape of lower limbs of bodybuilders in a short time,and tries to reveal which vibration frequency is more effective for the improvement of the maximum strength of lower limbs and the shape of lower limbs of bodybuilders,and to find suitable bodybuilders.Vibration frequency of athletes training provides theoretical reference for strength training of bodybuilders.In this study,experimental method,literature method,interview method and mathematical statistics method were used to select two targeted frequencies(30HZ,40HZ)at2mm amplitude.Taking 45 male bodybuilders majoring in fitness and bodybuilding in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as experimental subjects,45 subjects were randomly divided into 30 HZ group,40 HZ group and traditional training group.After 12 weeks' experiment,the lower limb muscle strength and shape of the subjects were tested before and after the experiment.The data before and after the experiment were analyzed and compared by SPSS22.0,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The maximum strength of the vibration intervention group was significantly increased before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the traditional training group and the traditional training group before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).After the experiment,there was no significant difference between the vibration intervention group and the traditional training group(P > 0.05).From the growth rate,the vibration intervention group had a slightly better training effect,and the 40 HZ group had a better training effect than the 30 HZ group.(2)Before and after the experiment,except for the traditional training group,there was no significant difference in lower limb fat(P > 0.05),the other indicators of the experimental group had significant changes after the experiment(P < 0.05).After the experiment,the effectof vibration stimulation on increasing thigh circumference,calf circumference,lower limb muscle mass and reducing lower limb fat mass of male bodybuilders was better(P < 0.05).The effect of vibration frequency in 40 HZ group on increasing lower limb muscle mass and reducing fat mass was better than that in 30 HZ group(P < 0.05).(3)The articulation,separation and fullness of lower limb muscles were significantly improved before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).The improvement of line sharpness and muscle separation in vibration intervention group was better than that in traditional training group(P < 0.05);the improvement of muscle line sharpness in 40 HZ vibration frequency group was better than that in 30 HZ vibration group(P < 0.05).The experiment proves that vibration training has certain advantages over traditional training.The improvement of lower extremity muscle volume,lower extremity fat volume,lower extremity muscle line definition and muscle separation degree is more obvious than traditional training.Among them,40 HZ vibration frequency has more effect on the increase of lower extremity muscle volume,the decrease of lower extremity fat volume and the change of muscle line definition than 30 HZ.Better.
