Abstract/Summary:
Compression training is a popular strength training method in recent years. It was mainly used in the field of medical rehabilitation at first, and then gradually extended to the field of sports training.Compression training is a training method to stimulate the growth of human muscles by pressurizing the corresponding parts of athletes, causing muscle ischemia, and training with small exercise load. The lower limb strength has an important impact on the competitive performance of speed skaters. The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of compression training on the lower limb strength of speed skaters in short-distance events through different experimental interventions of compression training and traditional resistance training. This paper adopts the research methods of literature, experimental test and mathematical statistics. The study selected 14 speed skating short distance athletes of Hebei speed skating team as the experimental objects. The 14 athletes were randomly divided into two groups, one group was the traditional resistance training group(control group)and the other group was the pressure training group(experimental group). Before the experiment,14 subjects were tested for unified indicators, including deep squat 1RM,half squat 1RM and 100 m on ice.During the experiment, the athletes in the experimental group were trained under the pressure of 150 mmhg on their thighs, while the control group was trained under the condition of no pressure. The experimental cycle lasted for 8weeks and trained three times a week. After the experiment, the relevant indicators are tested again, and the following results are drawn through analysis:(1)After 8 weeks of training, the results of half squat 1RM in the compression training group increased significantly before the experiment(P < 0.01);The results of half squat 1RM in the compression training group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant increase in the results of half squat1 RM in the control group.(2)After 8 weeks of training, the results of deep squat 1RM in the compression training group increased significantly before the experiment(P < 0.01);The number of athletes in the control group increased significantly before the experiment(P < 0.05),and the deep squat 1RM of athletes in the compression training group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of training, the speed skating 100 m performance of athletes in the pressure training group was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P < 0.01),and the speed skating 100 m performance of athletes in the pressure training group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),while the speed skating100 m performance of the control group did not increase significantly.
