In the context of globalization, the informatization of basic education has become the foundation and guide of the informatization of education all over the world. Along with learning mode changes in the information age, the foreign and domestic have raised upsurge of Micro-lecture practice.By summarizing literatures of micro-lecture development and research, found that the current in middle school of our country is. To this end, analyze the reason of not widely Micro-lecture teaching application from the three aspects of environmental factors, Micro-lecture quality and teachers’ personal factors.Firstly, the domestic and international education information background is in favor of Micro-lecture teaching application promoting in middle school of our country. Secondly,taking the first "Chinese micro class contest" prize winning works as the research sample, analyze the current applicability of Micro-lecture in elementary and middle schools of our country, and then infer that the current quality of Micro-lecture is not high in middle schools of our country. Further analysis of the causes of that the current quality of Micro-lecture is not high in middle schools of our country, tells that the current capacity in Micro-lecture design and production of middle school teachers in our country is not strong.Professional technology company can make up the weakness in Micro –lecture production of middle school teachers,but their design ability level is limited by the awareness of Micro –lecture and Micro –lecture teaching. The final analysis of teachers’ personal factors affecting, demonstrates that the awareness of Micro–lecture teaching of a considerable part of teachers results in not widely Micro-lecture teaching application.The analysis revealed that the " Self-being " state of teachers’ awareness of Micro –lecture teaching is a major factor restricting teachers’ Micro –lecture teaching applications in middle school of China. With the application of Marxist epistemology, Discussing the inevitable trend of middle school teachers’ from, we can see the trend of teachers’ Micro –lecture teaching from spontaneity to consciousness is inevitable. This process calls for Micro –lecture resources met the needs of middle school teachers’ teaching. To design the questionnaire based on the development trend of in china and literature reading,we take Jiangxi Province as a case to study on the demand for middle school teachers’ Micro –lecture teaching.According to the restraining effect on Micro –lecture teaching promotion from teachers’ " Self-being " state awareness of Micro –lecture teaching and the needs of middle school teachers’ teaching, we make suggestion to the transition of teachers’ awareness of Micro –lecture teaching from the " Self-being " state to the " Self-making" state, so as to promot Micro –lecture teaching in middle school of Jiangxi Province radically.
