In recent years, Scratch is developing thrivingly at home, the field of information technology education in primary set off a wave of innovative teaching, and the Scratch teaching method of " teaching for the creation " recognized and applied by the majority of teachers is a basic approach focusing on teaching students programming with Scratch, but it lacks specific strategies in the combination of creative design and programming(computing), but dapper micro-lecture just make up for this lack: fragmented knowledge, multi-media technology, adapt for classroom teaching and individualized independent study.Based on this, the research aims to design micro-lecture for Scratch teaching, which focused on the current status of teaching Scratch and based on knowledge mastery learning theory fragmentation requires that elementary, students cognitive characteristics of the game scene design, creative computing concept creation and re-creation requirements, then, the research analyze and summarize three teaching principles for designing micro-lecture in Scratch teaching: situational, inspiring and innovative.In this study, Data Research, Questionnaire Survey and Interview is used to analyze how to achieve good results teaching by application of micro-lecture. Based on this, the study design two teaching strategies of micro lesson applications: one teaching strategies is the "micro-lecture as assisted teaching resources", based traditional teaching methods which focused on teacher teaching and students hands-on exercises, with the help of a single study, try to realize a certain degree of initial realization of student learning, the other is the " micro-lecture as a curricular teaching flip resources " which focused on student self-study, teacher play a role of helper, students learn by means of a single and go on uniting collaborative learning between individuals, individuals and groups, teams and groups. In this study, two applications of these of micro- lecture teaching which is strategies action research and case study method is used in the research of classroom practice, to analyze teaching practice as well as interviews with the findings put forward some suggestions of how to apply micro-lecture in Scratch Teaching.The study found that the teaching strategies of "micro-lecture as assisted teaching resources" in the classroom can practice the initial foster students ’learning awareness, develop the habit of hard thinking, but is bound in terms of students’ individual creativity, meanwhile " the micro-lecture as teaching resources of curricular flipped " in classroom practices can ensure the utilization of micro-lecture, and promote the development of the imagination and creative programming thinking of students.This study is designed to provide learning model for the application of micro-lecture teaching in primary Scratch classroom, change students ’ passive learning situation, to promote the development of students’ imagination, students’ creativity program thinking and boost reforms in basic education.
