With the city to accelerate the process, the number of floating population in Japan are increased with increasing flow mode, also from the previous "single-handed" change to now "family migration", children follow their parents came to the city life, forming a mobile home. City construction was accelerated, but the rural-urban migrants faced after the life is a series of problems, such as housing, residence, school, will exist certain social hidden trouble. Migrant children are at a critical period of physical and mental development of children, the family is the heart of the harbor, the cultivation of good parent-child relationship, to develop the child future character quality, all has the vital role to establish communicative mode and mental health, so we should pay more attention to.The study of flow family taking Kunming city’s largest migrant workers community C community3-6grade as the main research object, through case interviews, to explore the reasons why alienate mobile home demand and parent-child relationship, to empowerment perspective, using the method of social work intervention group work, through group activities, stimulate the team for the parent-child relationship, combining the measuring scale and interview results, the influence of members of the group activities and the effect on parent-child relationships, group activities to improve parent-child relationship effect evaluation. Through the analysis of data and summarizing the interview results showed that, in the social work group work plays a positive role in improving the parent-child relationship, has stimulated the team for the parent-child relationship, provides resources for crew members, has established a link between, making the mutual support between group. And through the activities of the evaluation results, the reflection of social work intervention mobile home a copy of parent-child relationship and expansibility, a long-term mechanism to improve the flow of the family to the establishment of a parent-child relationship.
