The family is the basic organization and unit of modern society,and raising children is one of the ways that the family can realize the parenting function.With the increasing diversity of China's market economy society and the change of family education concept,the two-worker family education model has increased significantly.Whether the issue of parent-child relationship in a two-worker family is different from other types of families,and how the parents' dual-worker status affects the parent-child relationship,has gradually been paid attention to by many scholars,and has also provided practical opportunities for the intervention of professional social work forces.The social work profession combines the knowledge and theory of psychology,sociology and other fields,and pays attention to the scientific nature of social worker's professionalism and helper process.As a professional social support force,social work can make up for the current shortage of dual-worker family help system,alleviate the contradiction between parents and children of two-worker families,and enhance parent-child affinity.In recent years,more and more social work service institutions have gradually paid attention to the needs of the two-worker family group,and carried out professional intervention.Based on the research basis of providing parent-child counseling services for some dual-worker families in Z school,this paper observes the current situation of professional social work in the parent-child relationship between two-worker family,and then summarizes the dilemma of the intervention process and analyzes it from a professional point of view.Then put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into the following parts: the first chapter,social work involved in the two-worker family parent-child relationship of the relevant literature combed,to determine the foothold of this study.At the same time,the concept of dual-worker family,parent-child relationship and social work intervention is defined,with the theory of social support,family system theory and the eight-stage theory of Erickson's personality development as the theoretical basis of the research,and the data collected by means of literature research,interviews and participation in observation is used to carry out research.The second chapter summarizes the common problems in the relationship between the two workers' families and analyzes the necessity of providing social work intervention services.From the perspective of policy support,professional methods and local service environment,the feasibility of social work involvement in the parent-child relationship between two-worker families is analyzed.The third chapter,based on the interview data of parents,children of two employees and social workers,combined with their own actual participation experience,describes the current situation of social work involvement in the parent-child relationship between two-worker family,from the aspects of school mental health education,dual-worker parents micro-classroom,parent-child parallel group,and learning and tutoring service for children of two-workers.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and reasons faced by social workin the process of intervening in the parent-child relationship between two-worker families: it is difficult to take root because of the conflict between professional values and local culture,and the lack of professional ability of social workers leads to the dislocation of the needs of the parent-child relationship between the service delivery and the two-worker family.The one-sidedness of the goal setting of professional services results in temporary and fragmented intervention processes,and the lack of father's role participation reduces the effectiveness of professional services due to the difference of gender in the expectation of male and female roles.Chapter 5,from the integration of values,accurate docking needs,improve the service objectives and multi-party help to improve the two-worker family parent-child relationship four aspects of countermeasures.Finally,the conclusion and harvest of this study are expounded,and the innovation and shortcomings of this study are analyzed,and more social forces should be encouraged to pay attention to the needs of the parent-child relationship between the two-worker family,to create a good social environment for junior high school students,and to enhance the service effectiveness of the future professional social work involving the parent-child relationship between the two-worker family. |
