Casework Intervention Research On The Adjustment Of The Parent-child Relationship Of The Children Of Migrant Workers In Cities

With the continuous improvement of our economy and optimization of our industrial structure,more and more rural surplus labors choose to work in the city for improving their living quality and family income.But in the early stage of life when from rural to urban,they focus on how to survive and stand in the city,having no spare time and economic conditions to take care of their children,then they choose their parents to raise their children in hometown.Long-term intergenerational education makes the children of peasant workers in urban area more intimate and dependent on their grandparents,but more estranged from their parents.When their living conditions in the city get improved,they choose to bring their children live together and resume patenting education.However,due to the long-term lack of parental roles,there are so many parenting problems,such as:low frequency of parent-child interaction?difficult to communicate and so on.These problems will directly or indirectly affect the physical and mental health of children,also will affect the harmony of their families.Based on the professional angle of social work,this paper studies that,on the background of intergenerational education transiting to parenting education,the bad parent-child relationship in the process of re-starting parenting education.Firstly,this paper concludes literature from domestic and foreign to learn about the research status of parenting problems in the migrant families.Guided by the cognitive behavior theory and family system theory,using the case work methods,this paper selected H family as the research object,and analyze the specific problem and requirement of H family at present.By using rational emotional therapy,to explore events that cause conflicts among family members,to help family members identify and debate irrational beliefs and rebuild cognition,to improve the ability of family to solve problems and make decisions.So that we can help H family improve the communication mode?strengthen the positive interaction?establish healthy and harmonious parent-child relationship.
