In recent years, along with the "Mandarin fever" and the worldwide application, Mandarin has become more and more internationalization. A growing number of countries have established Confucius institutes and Confucius classes. No one can deny the fact that this measure play an significant role to promote the spread of Mandarin. Burma, which is known as "blood brother" of China, is also one of these countries.The rapid development of China’s economy and the efforts of China government that spread the Mandarin to the world has made the Mandarin teaching of Bhamo in Kachin State entered a new stage, but only a handful of researchs is focused on Bhamo Mandarin teaching, and there are almost no comprehensive investigation and study of Chinese school in Bhamo.The author take the opportunity of being a teacher in Bhamo school, and has selected the situation of the Mandaring teaching transition in Bhamo of Myanmar as the research subject.First, this paper derived from the current situation of Mandarin teaching in Bhamo, using literature method, questionnaire method, interview method, statistical method, and field survey method to carry out investigation and study in Mandarin teaching in Bhamo of Kachin state. Secondly, the paper analyzing the data that gathered from Bhamo and choosing two representative schools. To collect and collate the data from teachers, students, teaching materials, classroom teaching situation of Chinese, HSK examination to the teaching aid, library, multimedia teaching and other teaching facilities in schools. Finally, analyse the data that gathered from the investigation and study. Through the data analysis of Bhamo’s two Chinese schools, it is concluded that there are many problems in the Mandarin teaching of these school, and in view of existing problems put forward a variety of innovative measures, makes every effort to find the solution to the problems of Chinese teaching in Bhamo of a variety effective ways. The paper intend to give some reasonable tips in order to step further of the Mandarin teaching in Kachin state.All in all, in order to fill the blank of investigating and analyzing the transition of the Mandarin teaching in this region, this paper analyse the situation of the Mandarin teaching in Bhamo of Burma’s Kachin state. In addition, this paper has certain positive significance to further promote the Mandarin teaching and development in Bhamo of Burma.
