Base On The System Of College Entrance Examination Reform For Arts Students

In recent years, the enrolment for arts students has been expanding, which is a key point of structural reform of college entrance examination. As a special form of college entrance examination, the exam for arts students plays an important role in improving arts level and creating arts atmosphere in China. As arts exam fever is springing up, however, it, on one hand, has boosted the progress of arts market and cultivated people’s arts quality, but on the other hand, the teaching quality of some colleges is low and the students are not qualified, which make it hard for the students to be employed. The essay, based on the above-mentioned phenomenon, analyses the causes and problem from the aspects of history and reality, and then puts forward solutions to it and suggestions to the reform of college entrance examination for arts students.The essay consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which defines some concepts, illuminates the research background and significance and makes it clear the thinking and methods of the essay. The second one, with the history of college entrance examination for arts students being the guide, the essay analyses the course and the advantages and disadvantages of the exam and the causes of arts exam fever. The third one, the essay analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the exam system and lists kinds of difficulties the exam is facing. The fourth one, based on the disadvantages of the exam, the essay, integrating the social practice, studies the improvement programs. It is hoped to contribute a little to the arts education cause in China.
