| In2003April the state promulgated the "ordinary high school geography curriculum standard (Experiment)" the basic concept of the preface about geography curriculum:the first is to cultivate citizens with the necessary geographic literacy, geography curriculum should enhance the survival ability and the ability of students in geography study; third is to pay attention to the research on the geographical problem, self advocacy, cooperation and inquiry learning. To obtain the geographical basic skills in the second part of the overall goal of curriculum objectives second requirements of students, the development of geographic thinking ability, basic methods and techniques of learning and exploration problem in geography. In recent years the college entrance examination to comprehensive, geography course examination, more and more inclined to extract geographic information on students, the use of geographic information ability test. While hiding behind this is for students’geographical thinking test.
