This research use the method of ’nature’, and take the example of Ruiqing Chen’s daily life and studying. In order to know the experience and inner world of teacher rather than the method’from top to button’. This research use the old theory then derivation some idea and prove. The teacher’s development which go to the ideal condition not by only one pattern but a active life progress. What’s more, external power is important. The emphases of this research is not rule but the meaning of experience.The author want to step in the inner world of teachers and study the learning of teachers. We find out the motive power or influencing factors to continuing learning by the point of view of adult education and lifelong education. We try to provide research finding of this special group-----teachers.Through this research, the author build good partner relationship with Chen. On the one hand, this is valuable experience to studying during author’s graduate student’s period. The wealthy that the author have this good friend is hard to get. On the other hand, this research provide the chance to know myself and summarize by another view. This help him to contribute the good experience through written type, and this help develop myself better.The thesis divide into4section.:The first section is introduction. Introduce the meaning and origin of proposition, sort out the document and define the conception, elaborate the research method and research process.The second section is the development of teachers’major. It mainly show the’stage that teacher seeking the knowledge,the stage of4years’Chinese teaching and the stage of painting teaching. We witness the teachers’grow up experience through overall describe. It include keeping on that on the seeking knowledge’stage and from common to peak of teaching’s stage.The third section is analysis the road that teacher’s growing up on. It mainly talk about from these part:free learning, self-examination of teaching, cooperation and communication, teaching and learning benefit each other,education training. The forth section proposing and advising. It systematicly summarize some conclusion of individual studying and provide several advises of individual teacher, school, education’s department in charge and teachers’training institution.
