It can result in the contact between people because with the premise of interpersonal communication.It’s very important for college students to have a healthy interpersonal relationship. It plays a critical role in the college life and the society. Foreign research on the students’ interpersonal relatively earlier than us and launched a series of related education mode. However, interpersonal literature and information for college students in China are rarely. It develops slowly in our country and college students’ interpersonal communication situation is not optimistic at present. There are many factors which hinder the interpersonal communication. During our psychological counseling for college students, interpersonal problems are the important factors that affect college students’ normal life and study.Now, group counseling is the most direct and effective way to improve college students’ interpersonal communication. This experiment study is the sampling of college students group in order to test how group guidance plays a role in improving college students’ interpersonal adverse phenomenon. Through the study, they tries to explore the effective way to improve the present situation of college students’ interpersonal adverse and strive to design a set of suitable group guidance scheme for college students. He hopes I can provide theoretical basis and feasibility scheme to improve college students’ interpersonal communication. At the same time, He hopes He gets offer the help in solving the problem of college students’ interpersonal communication for the colleges and universities.This research mainly adopts two kinds of methods:experimental method and measuring method. It based on the experiment of the results of the survey which through the study of the questionnaire of college students. Then, they have the guidance and the final evaluation for them who by the experiment. The results indicate that group guidance to improve the bad status quo of college students’ interpersonal interaction has obvious effect.
