| With the continuous improvement of our country’s economy, the enrichment of m aterial and cultural life, the rapid development of science and technology, the living e nvironment of our college students has changed significantly. In this case, college stu dents’ interpersonal communication is likely to meet with some new problems and fea tures. There is no doubt that college students are the backbone of the country, the buil ders and successors of socialism. Their thoughts and actions are crucial for the future development of the country. Therefore, it would be necessary to have a systematic ana lysis and summary to the interpersonal communication of college students from the pe rspective of ideological and political education.This paper is consisted of four parts. The first part will discuss the related concep ts and theoretical basis of interpersonal communication. In the second part, this paper starts with the discussion of the traditional mode of interpersonal communication, incl uding its features with several problems. Then, it analyzes the online interpersonal co mmunication according to their basic information and types of online communication and dilemma that they confront. The third part will clarify the fundamental features on college students’ interpersonal communication, such as the basic elements of restricting college students’ interpersonal communication, the fundamental reasons of college students’ interpersonal problems, the value of the internet mode of interpers onal communication, the relationship between the traditional and online interpersonal communication. The last part will formulate the guidance and countermeasures, inclu ding optimizing the campus environment, developing the educational function of university teachers, improving the comprehensive quality of interpersonal communication, guiding college students to rational communication, and the coordinating of the network interpersonal communication. |
