The Research Of Interpersonal Communication Psychology’s Issues Among Contemporary College Student

Interpersonal communication is a kind of direct psychological contact among people, which comes into being via mutual contacts and interactions in their practical life,it is a requirement for human to carry out social practical activities, as well as the critical part of the individuals society. Since the contemporary college students are involving in the phase of rapid transformation of society and big transition of their life. Building and maintaining the sound interpersonal relationship not only are the requirement for the college students’ self-development, but also are the key factor for the social development and stability in future. Individual healthy psychology is indispensable for developing harmonious interpersonal relationship. College students’ psychology are engaged in the developing stage, therefore, it is inevitable that the passive psychological factors are brought into the interpersonal communication, consequently, leads to the barriers in interpersonal communication. This research conduct s the issues of interpersonal communication based on psychological angle.This research firstly makes analysis on the interpersonal communication,the theory and the characteristics of interpersonal communication, and elaborates there exists passive and active communication psychology among college students. Then, investigate the existing circumstances concerning interpersonal communication among contemporary college students:six universities in Wuhan are selected to conduct questionnaires, and find out some existing psychological issues, namely, inferiority,conceit, envy,suspicion and social phobia etc.. These factors mainly derive from the absence of family and school education, the affection of passive social circumstance as well as the their own cognition, characteristics and capability. Finally, the countermeasures are provided :integrating the power from family、school and society, then upgrading the cognition level towards interpersonal communication, shaping good personality and following the rules of interpersonal communication, at last improving the interpersonal communication capability. Through these actions, the college students might have healt hy interpersonal communication psychology.
