In the current period of social transformation, the pluralistic and economic development of society not only brought about social progress, but also brought about the gap between rich and poor, stratification and other social problems. Economic, cultural and organizational resources of the uneven distribution, so that the various classes in the children's education and training methods vary widely: the family economic and cultural resources of the occupancy, directly determines the child's personality development possibilities and direction, from different social strata Students, in the study and life(interpersonal) on the success of the experience and performance showed significant differences. The cultural factors such as cultural capital and economic capital brought by family background have a profound influence on the life learning and personality development of college students, highlighting the concept and behavior, motive and ability of interpersonal communication. This paper tries to explore the status quo of college students' interpersonal relationship from the perspective of social stratification,and analyzes and analyzes the differences and causes of interpersonal communication.In this paper, we will use the methods of qualitative research and quantitative research to use the questionnaire survey method and the literature research method to study the undergraduates in Central Normal University as the survey object, and quantify the social stratum with family income, parents' education level and occupation status(Family background) status, to college students interpersonal communication cognition,behavior and type, as well as social experience and self-evaluation to quantify the situation of college students in interpersonal communication, From the survey data to explore the interpersonal differences in college students, through the results of the relevant analysis to explain the social stratification for college students interpersonal interaction mechanism and countermeasures. The article is divided into five parts:First of all, it introduces the current situation of research and the existing research,clarifies the related concepts of interpersonal and social strata of college students, and uses both the connotation and the extension of the concept, and combines the existing research and related scales to investigate the samples. On the basis of this, the analysis of college students' interpersonal relationship and social class regression, chi-square differences and so on.Secondly, according to the survey results: On the whole, the group characteristics of the sample are obvious, the three strata (the disadvantaged, the middle class and the superior class), the college students interpersonal cognition is serious, the interpersonal behavior is better, but the communication experience is not good, There are obvious differences in the gender differences between college students and students,but there are obvious positive correlations with the social stratum in different social strata. The interpersonal cognition, interpersonal ability and the type of communication are different from the social strata. And other people's negative correlation with the family background; college students interpersonal relationships by their parents of interpersonal relationships, family communication, growth environment, the choice of communication objects, social costs and self-evaluation significantly; and these factors in the The distribution of the differences in the various strata. It can be concluded that it is the unequal distribution of the family background factors that affect the interpersonal relationship of college students, which leads to the obvious characteristics of the interpersonal relationship of college students, forming the stratification phenomenon of the three strata.Thirdly, explain the findings: social stratification transforms the family background advantage into social advantage through the intergenerational transmission of family economic culture and the intergenerational transmission of ability and the way of connecting with school education.Finally, the thinking and recommendations part: compared to the acquired efforts,the family background of college students self-development and interpersonal influence more far-reaching, As an education that plays the role of social mobility boosters, it is becoming an effort to promote upward mobility, also becoming an obstacle to a part of the population flow barriers, however, the day after tomorrow efforts and education to promote the possibility of personal development is still the weak class can only change the fate of the straw to change.
