Study On The Management Of Honghe College Mobile-phone "One-card" Project

After years of development, mobile phone card into the line of sight of people.The information of the increasingly high demand, in such a context, HongheUniversity decided to campus mobile phone "all-in-one-card" project construction.This paper carries out a demonstration on the Honghe University "mobile phonecard" project construction through the gradual accumulation method. Aiming at theHonghe University’s teachers and students scale has expanded each year and theexisting management problems such as background, to explore the practice of collegecampus "one card" project of the necessity, feasibility, and then put forward theproject planning and design.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, this paper finally tryfrom project management and schedule control two aspects of analysis, the factorswhich can affect the project in the actual operation process, some problems andcontrollable uncontrollable analysis, and puts forward some countermeasures and thecorresponding control, in order to make the project to reach the ultimate goal. Thispaper provides some practical commercial value for the operators and the cooperationof universities "card" project.
