The Research Of New Middle School Teachers’Morality Cultivation In The Contemporary

The18th CPC National Congress stressed that Education is "the cornerstone of national revitalization and social progress", and put forward "to cultivate moral and developed persons is the fundamental task of education, and our country must try to cultivate well-rounded socialist builders and successors." Teachers play a decisive role in education, teachers’virtue is directly related to the quality of education, related to the healthy growth of students. Middle school teachers, especially, play a vital role in the growth of students. Therefore, we must improve the quality of middle school teachers, and cultivate middle school teachers’noble virtue.The undergraduates, growed up in the new century’influence, begin to join in the ranks of teachers. Compared with the old teachers for a long time, the new teachers have learned some modern education idea in the university. However, after entering into the teachers’post, can the advanced education idea be transformed into noble morality? During the period of new recruits, what troubles will they confront? How to adapt to the environment as soon as possible and foster noble morality? Based on the above thinking, the author analyzed recent research achievements about middle school teachers’ ethics, interviewed some new middle school teachers. In this paper, the author will analyze the related concepts, expound the importance of middle school teachers’ ethics cultivation, and analyze the contemporary new middle school teachers’ features, teachers’ ethics construction situation, and the cause of the problem. And then put forward the countermeasure to cultivate new recruits middle school teachers ethics, for example, realize the necessity of cultivation on the height of "train moral and developed persons", strengthen the ideological guidance to the new middle school teachers, set up guarantee mechanism to promote new middle school teachers’ ethics, create good environment to promote new recruits middle school teacher.
