| At present,our country is in the period of the third social transformation.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the educational system has also undergone profound changes.It is faced with the task of cultivating the "four haves"(have revolutionary ideals,sound morals,good education and a strong sense of discipline)of the new era and strengthening the all-around quality education reform.At the same time,our country has put forward higher requirements for the construction of teachers in the new era.Under this background,facing our big agricultural country,we need to constantly strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics in rural middle schools.The promotion of teachers’ ethics in rural middle schools is not only conducive to promoting the development of rural education,but also conducive to the improvement of the overall level of teachers’ morality.But there is a phenomenon that the moral level of some teachers are negative.This paper takes the construction of teacher ethics as a breakthrough point.Based on the concept of the new era,teachers’ morality and rural middle school teachers,and the importance of strengthening the rural middle school teachers’ morality construction in our new era,this paper designed questionnaires for teachers and students and selected some teachers from representative rural middle school in Shangrao City of Jiangxi Province as the research object.Through investigation and data analysis to explore the current mainstream and existing problems of rural middle school teachers’ morality,as well as the subjective and objective causes of the problems;Combined with the theoretical analysis of relevant materials,this paper puts forward a new path of the construction of teachers’ morality in the new era of our country.The main contents of this thesis are divided into 5 Chapters.Chapter 1.Introduction part,it mainly expounds the background and researching meaning of the topic selection.Through the study of the current status of teachers’ morality in rural middle school at home and abroad,the research methods and innovations of this paper are put forward.Chapter 2 Basic theory elaboration.This part elaborates the new era,teachers morality and rural middle school teachers related concepts one by one,and put forward the importance to strengthen the construction of rural middle school teachers’ morality from four aspectsChapter 3 Through field investigation of some rural middle schools in Shangrao,this paper discusses the mainstream and existing problems of teachers’ morality in rural middle schools and their forms,and summarizes the good ethics of teachers and the existing problems.Chapter 4 Through the analysis of the problems of teachers’ morality in rural middle schools,we can find out the subjective and objective reasons of teachers’ morality problems.Chapter 5 According to the analysis of reasons,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of teachers’ morality in rural middle schools in the new era,finds out a new way to solve the problems of teachers’ morality in these three aspects:society,schools and teachers and analyzes in-depth how to carry out the construction of teachers’ morality under the background of the new times.In the end,this paper draw the conclusion that it is unique to carry out morality construction of rural middle school teachers. |
