| With the advent of educational globalization,the continuous reform of education demands more and more teachers.Therefore,the professional development of teachers has become the trend of today.To accurately grasp the current status of teachers’ professional development in district and county high school teachers,provide some reference for the professional development of county-level teachers in China,and can continuously improve the level of teachers at the county level and below.In this paper,280 teachers of three secondary schools in this county are selected as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey,the paper analyses the general situation of teachers’ professional development in the county from the three dimensions of teachers’ professional concept,professional knowledge and professional competence,and finds out the reasons and solutions of the problems in the development of the teachers’ professional development in this county.Countermeasures.The main factors affecting the professional development of the teachers in this county include the overly rigid evaluation system,the overly fierce competition,the training construction of the school and the management mode of the school,which are closely related to the professional development of the teachers. |
