The Research Of Time Management For X School Teacher Salary Reform Project

Under the market economy condition, time is money, efficiency is life. It is one of the pursuit goal of the Project Management that whether a project can be completed in the scheduled time. Schedule Management is the scientific method to confirm schedule objectives, compile schedule and resource supply plan, the progress of control, on the basis of coordination with quality, cost and goal, realizing period goals. Duration, cost, and quality is the three goals of project. Among them, the various expenses occurred in project assignments, quality depends on each working procedure, time limit relies on schedule series assurance of duration. All these goals can pass schedule control to master.This paper uses of integrating theory with practice method, from the angle to compilation of project schedule plan and one project schedule control, combined with self-situation of X school, to research the schedule management project of X school teachers’salary reforms. Through the implementation process, using the Project Schedule Management knowledge, compile schedule plan, implement schedule control, comprehensive use of various feasible methods and measures to adjust operation period, using project management theory to solve various problems in the executed process, controlling the duration in planning scope.
