Senior high school entrance examination is a kind of competitive exam. It is notonly a summary of the examination of nine-year compulsory education, but alsoundertakes the important task of selecting talents for society. The "baton" effect ofsenior high school entrance examination is obvious. Under the requirements of thesenior high school entrance examination, we should know how to reflect andpermeate the spirit of teaching reform; we should know how to do a good job in dailyteaching of classical Chinese and fully tap the educational valuation of examination;We both do well in the classical Chinese teaching, and prepare well for high schoolentrance examination. These are the important issues in this article. The writer dividedthis article into four chapters. In chapter I, the author analyzed the current situation ofclassical Chinese teaching. Based on the statements of the value, targets andrequirements of the classical Chinese teaching in junior middle school, the authorinvestigated and analyzed the present situation of teaching and learning. In chapterII, the author made statistics on the questions of classical Chinese in the senior highschool entrance examinations of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for the recent10years, and analyzed the change and the characteristic of the question type in the seniorhigh school entrance examinations. Then the author put forward suggestions about theproposition of the senior high school entrance examination. Chapter III is the mostimportant one in this article. The author studied the classical Chinese teaching andexamination strategies. The author sought how to make our students learn happily,how to learn well, and how to get the useful learning skills. These are the ways thatthe students can obtain the maximum benefit of senior high school entranceexamination. Also the author gave the revision strategies for the classical Chinese ofthe senior high school entrance examination. In chapter IV, the author made statisticson the senior high school entrance examination of classical Chinese test type andanalyzed the exam guidance strategies. The author hopes that the research can providevaluable advice for the majority of Chinese teachers in the classical Chinese teaching.
