Study On Necessity Of Wushu Exercise As Class-break Setting-up Exercise In Xi’an City Primary Schools

Class-break setting-up exercise is a positive sports activities which the students in the primary and middle school in China made during the recess from the school uniform. Class-break setting-up exercise helps to eliminate fatigue phenomenon generated by the students in a tense after learning. through activities, the body was relaxed and the brain are active rest, so as to improve the learning efficiency. Objective, the broadcast gymnastics is the form of class-break setting-up exercise in most of the schools. Wushu has the functions of fitness self-defense, temper will, cultivate character, exchange ideas and promote friendship. As the derived project Wushu, Wushu exercise also has the attack and defense characteristics of the martial art.through the promotion of Wushu Exercises to strengthen and promote the student’s interest in Wushu, which can not only improve the teaching quality of school Wushu, provide guarantee for the students the selection of National Wushu talents, but also contribute to and carry forward the Chinese traditional culture. How to promote Wushu Exercise better in the primary school campus is an important problem we are facing at present.This paper with the research methods of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, carries on the investigation to the development present situation of Xi’an city primary school class-break setting-up exercise and Wushu exercise. Investigation object is related to the leadership of the school, teachers and students, they will be on the situation, understanding of Wushu Gymnastics teachers, hardware facilities and policy support the situation, the conclusion of the analysis:Xi’an city primary school Wushu exercise is very supportive by leaders and teachers of schools, students are very eager to Wushu exercises and agree to class-break setting-up exercise conducted in the form of Wushu exercise. The propaganda and the degree of Wushu exercise from part of the leaders and teachers are not enough, and with the lack of teaching staff, Wushu exercises in Xi’an city primary school has not been widely carried out. Propaganda shoule be enhanced, more related activities should be organizated, and Wushu Duan system related to enter the campus policy combined, in order to improve everyone’s attention, effective using resources of college trainee to alleviate the teacher gap, make the guarantee of basic teaching conditions, and make Wushu Exercises carried out security and smoothly.
