Objective: In order to investigate the effect of Vaspin adolescent obesity rats indifferent intensity exercise and CLA. Physiological mechanism reference about losingweight in exercise and nutrition.Methods:High fat fed rat model after7weeks, take64obesity rats were randomlydivided into8groups,8rats in each group, respectively, the control group (OC),noexercise+CLA group (OCC),low intensity exercise group (OL), moderate intensityexercise group (OM),high intensity exercise group (OH), low intensity exercise+CLAgroup (OLC), moderate intensity exercise+CLA group (OMC), high intensityexercise+CLA group (OHC).The exercise intensity was designed about low, moderate,high. The exercise group in animal treadmill running speed respectively for15-18m/min,21-25m/min,28-32m/min,at an incline of0degrees,1h/day; Supplementary CLA byadopting the method of lavage after daily movement(the dose is1.6g/kg).5times/week, for8consecutive weeks.Results: The8week different intensity exercise and CLA intervention, the result of aseries of index was change:1. Weight index:(1)body weight, visceral fat weight and percentage of body fat in adolescent rats weresignificantly lower than OC (P<0.01), OM, OH rats, visceral fat weight and FAT%were lower than OL(P<0.05,P<0.01); Body weight in OL and OH weredifference(P<0.05).(2)In the body weight: the OC group relative to the OM, OMC group were significantlydifference (P<0.01), the OCC group with the OM, OMC group were significantlydifference (P<0.01,P<0.05).In the visceral fat weight and percentage of body fat: theOC and OCC group relative to the OM and OMC group were significantlydifference(P<0.01).(3)The body weight: the OMC and OHC group relative to the OCC group have difference(P<0.05,P<0.01); the OLC, OMC, OHC group relative to the OC wereimproved remarkably. In the visceral fat weight and percentage of body fat: the OLC,OMC, OHC group were lower than the OC, OCC group.2. Plasma Vaspin, FPG, ISI index:(1)The FPG and ISI in the OC group relative to other group were significantlydifference(P<0.01). In the concentration of plasma Vaspin, the level of OH was higherthan OC(P<0.05).(2)The FPG and ISI in the OC, OCC group relative to other group were significantlydifference(P<0.01).In the concentration of plasma Vaspin index: the OCC group washigher than OC;The OM,OMC group were higher than the OC,OCC group;The OMCgroup was lower than the OM group.But among the group of plasma Vaspin showed nosignificantly difference(P>0.05).(3)The FPG and ISI in the OC, OCC group relative to other group were significantlydifference(P<0.01). In the concentration of plasma Vaspin index: the OCC group washigher than OC; The OLC, OMC, OHC group were higher than the OC, OCCgroup;Without the OC and OCC group, the OLC, OMC, OHC group presented a slightupward trend. But among the group of plasma Vaspin showed no significantlydifference(P>0.05).3. Vaspin mRNA index:(1)The OH group relative to the OC group showed up-regulation(P<0.05).In the othergroups compared with the control group had change, but no significantly difference(P>0.05).(2)The OMC group with the OC, OCC group were significantly difference(P<0.01). TheOCC group compared with the OC group showed down-regulation, but no significantlydifference(P>0.05).(3)The OLC, OMC group relative to the OC group showed up-regulation(P<0.01). TheOLC, OMC, OHC group relative to the OCC group were significantlydifference(P<0.01, P<0.05). The OLC, OMC group relative to the OHC group weresignificantly difference(P<0.01).4. Vaspin protein expression:The Vaspin protein of OCC group showed the weakest expression. The OC group compared with the OCC group expressed obviously. The exercise group compared withthe OC,OCC group expressed mightily, and exercise intensity bigger and more obvious.Conclusion: After8weeks of exercise of different intensity and CLA intervention,significantly reduced body weight, visceral fat weight, FAT%;ameliorated FPG and ISI inadolescent rats, exercise intensity bigger and more obvious. Different intensity exerciseand different intensity exercise with CLA intervention, significantly raised the level ofVaspin mRNA, Vaspin protein expression and plasma Vaspin. Purely supplementary CLAintervention had reduced to varying degrees of Vaspin mRNA and Vaspin proteinexpression, raised the plasma Vaspin. The effect of on weight loss that different intensityexercise with CLA intervention was better than purely supplementary exercise.
