The rapid development of economy, great changes have taken place in the human production and living ways.The modernization of production and life of facilitation, and the change of the quality of life, the change of the diet, eat less move etc. Put on weight, body fat percentage increases lead to overweight or obese.The world health organization reports that in 2014 around the world have more than 20 and 1.5 billion adults are overweight, including more than 200 million men and nearly 300 million women fat.Obesity appeared the trend of younger age, in 2010, about 43 million children under the age of five are overweight.Was once considered a high-income countries of overweight and obesity problem, now in low and middle income countries, especially the city is on the rise.There is an upward trend in the incidence of obesity in our country, at present our country the overweight participants reached 22.4%.There are many factors lead to obesity, in addition to the diseases and genetic factors, energy metabolism imbalance is the main cause.The prevention and treatment of obesity is the most basic principle of make human body for a long time in the consumption of energy intake and negative balance.By limiting the diet and exercise to reduce calorie intake and increased calorie consumption.Drugs to lose weight by suppressing appetite, reduce the absorption, improve metabolism to achieve the purpose of weight loss, but not for all effective and has certain side effects.Although surgical treatment is effective, but applies only to very obese patients, and there is the risk of surgical complications.At present, diet and exercise is still two true means for the treatment of obesity.Sports is one of the basic method to treat obesity, possesses the advantages of safe, feasible and effective, become the preferred way to lose weight.This research adopts the different exercise intensity on a high-fat diet obese rats to intervene, detect rats of fat cells after the exercise intervention factor and the change of sugar, lipid metabolism, to explore the influence of different exercise intensity, the treatment for obesity and its complications movement to provide theoretical and experimental basis.This study with five weeks SD male rats as the research object.Using high fat feed made module, after the success of the building will be obese groups were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely the high fat control group (HC), high fat moderate intensity exercise group (ME group), high fat high intensity exercise group (DE),10 in each group.During the training, each group is still using high fat feed.Exercise treadmill training, training for 5 days a week, training once a day, a total of 6 weeks training.Exercise group rats in 24 hours after the last training materials to determine relevant indicators.Results:(1) the high fat diet in obese rats blood glucose, serum TC, TG, LDL-C,, leptin, interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha and resistin levels increased significantly.(2) fat blood thin moderate intensity exercise group and serum resistin levels significantly lower than obese quiet control group (P<0.01);High intensity exercise group blood thin obesity and serum resistin level was significantly lower than obese quiet control group (p< 0.05).(3) obesity moderate intensity exercise group serum adiponectin level was significantly lower than obese quiet control group (P<0.05);Obesity large intensity exercise group had a significantly higher serum adiponectin level quiet obesity group (P<0.05).(4) obesity moderate intensity exercise group serum tumor necrosis factor alpha levels significantly lower than obese quiet control group (P<0.01);Obesity large intensity exercise group had a significantly higher serum levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha quiet obesity group (P<0.05).(5) obesity moderate intensity exercise group serum interleukin-6 were significantly lower than obese quiet control group (P<0.05);Obesity high intensity exercise group serum level of interleukin-6 very significantly lower than obese quiet control group (P<0.01).(6) compared with quiet control group, obesity high intensity exercise group serum TG below quiet control group (P>0.05);Serum TC obesity quiet control group (P>0.05);Serum HDL lower than obese quiet control group, there’s a very significant difference (P<0.01);Serum LDL obesity quiet control group, there was very significant difference (P<0.01).Compared with the quiet control group, obesity moderate intensity exercise group serum TG is lower than the quiet control group, there is a very significant difference (P<0.01);Serum TC and LDL lower than obese quiet control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05);Serum HDL increased, compared with obese quiet control group is significant (P<0.05).(7) obesity large intensity exercise group and the blood sugar after exercise moderate intensity exercise group were lower than before the blood sugar, and all have statistical significance.Among them, the high intensity exercise group has a very significant (P<0.01),significant moderate intensity exercise group (P<0.05).Obesity quiet control group blood sugar has a rising trend.Conclusion:(1) 8 weeks of high fat diet can successfully establish strict feeding rat model of obesity. (2) movement delay, inhibitory effect on obesity. Control or reduce weight, the use of high intensity exercise may achieve better results, and the motion of considerable strength is more conducive to improve the cardiopulmonary endurance. (3) to improve the intensity of exercise on blood lipids play an important role. High intensity exercise is not conducive to the improvement of blood lipids, moderate intensity aerobic exercise can effectively improve the blood lipid levels, more conducive to reducing the risk of metabolic and cardiovascular diseases caused by, prevent disease. (4) of moderate intensity exercise can effectively reduce obesity rat serum leptin, resistin and tumor necrosis factor alpha levels. (5) high intensity exercise can effectively reduce the serum IL-2 obese rats vitamin -6 and glucose levels, elevated serum adiponectin level.
