ObjectiveTo exploer effects of different intensity exercise combined with CLA on RBP4 of various tissues in adolescent obese rats, and provide theoretical basis for the exercise and nutritional diet.MethodsObese rats were modled with high fat feeding for 7weeks.next,64 obese rats were selected and randomly divided into 8 groups, 8 rats per group, respectively OC,OCC, OL, OLC, OM, OMC, OH, OHC group. High,strength, low, exercise treatment were performed on animal treadmill with running speed of 15-18m/min, 21-25 m/min,28-32 m/min, the slope is 0 degree, 60min/ time, For CLA treatment, each rat was fed1.6g/kg, one time/ day, 5 times / week, for 8 weeks. Animals were anesthesia treated after experiment, blood and body tissues were collected,The content of blood glucose was measured, the insulin sensitivity was Calculated, Testing the expression of RBP4 m RNA in visceral adipose tissue, expression of RBP4 protein in liver cells and plasma RBP4 concentration.Results:1. Weight index:(1) Different intensity exercise groups: body weightof OL, OM, OH groups were significantly lower than OC group after experiment(P < 0.01); body fat percentage of OL,OM,OHgroups was lower than OCgroup(P < 0.01), body fat percentage of OL group was higher than OH, OM groups, significant difference(P < 0.01).(2) exercise and CLA groups: body weight, body fat percentage of OCC, OC groups were significantly higher than OM, OMC groups after experiment(P < 0.01, P< 0.05); body weight of OMC group is higher than OM group, body fat percentage of OMC group is lower than OM group, but no difference(P > 0.05).(3) different intensity exercise combined with CLA groups: body weightand,body fat percentage of OLC, OMC, OHC were significantly lower than OC, OCC groups(P< 0.01, P < 0.05);as exercise intensity increases body weight, body fat percentage decreased significantly, but no difference between groups(P > 0.05).2 expression of RBP4 m RNA gene(1) Different intensity exercise groups: expression of RBP4 m RNA of OL、OM,OH groups in visceral adipose tissue was lower than OC group,RBP4 concentration of OH group was lower than OM、OL groups, the difference was significant(P < 0.05,P< 0.01).(2) exercise and CLA groups: expression of RBP4 m RNA of OM, OMC groups in visceral adipose tissue was lower than OC, OCC groups(P<0.01).(3) different intensity exercise combined with CLA groups: the expression of RBP4 m RNA of OLC, OMC, OHC groups lower than OC, OCC groups,OHC group was lower than OMC、OLC groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).3 The expression of RBP4 protein(1) Different intensity exercise groups: expression of RBP4 protein of OL 、OM、OH in liver cell were lower than OC group,OH group was higher than OL、OM groups.(2) exercise and CLA groups: expression of RBP4 protein of OM,OMC in liver cell were higher than OC, OCC groups,there was no different between OM,OMC groups.(3) different intensity exercise combined with CLA groups: expression of RBP4 protein of OLC,OMC,OHC in liver cell were lower than OC, OCC groups, there was less in OHC group.4 The concentration of serum RBP4,Blood glucose,Insulin sensitivity(1) Different intensity exercise groups: blood glucose of OL, OM, OH group was significantly lower than OC group,(P < 0.01); insulin sensitivity of OC group was lower than OL, OM OH groups, the difference was significant(P < 0.01); RBP4 concentration in plasma of OL, OM, OH groups were lower than OC group, RBP4 concentration in plasma of OH group was lower than OM、OL groups(P < 0.01).(2) exercise and exercise combined with CLA groups: blood glucose of OM,OMC groups were lower than OC, OCC groups, the difference was significant(P <0.01); insulin sensitivity of group OM,OMC were higher than OC, OCC groups,very significantly(P < 0.01); RBP4 concentration in plasma of OM, OMC groups were lower than OC, OCC groups(P<0.01).(3) different intensity exercise combined with CLA groups: blood glucose of OLC, OMC, OHC groups were lower than OC, OCC groups(P < 0.01); insulin sensitivity of OLC, OMC, OHC, were higher than OC,OCC groups(P < 0.01);plasma RBP4 concentration of OLC, OMC, OHC groups were lower than OC, OCC groups, plasma RBP4 concentration of OLC, OMCgroups were higher than OHCgroup(P<0.05,P<0.01).ConclusionThrough this experiment, we draw the following conclusions:(1) After 8 weeks of different intensity exercise combined with CLA,different intensity exercise significantly reduced adolescent obese rats weight, body fat percentage, Blood glucose,Improve insulin sensitivity, increasing the strength of the more obvious effects.reduced expression of RBP4 m RNA in visceral adipose tissue, expression of RBP4 protein in liver tissue, the levels of plasma RBP4, High intensity was better than low strength intensity.(2) different intensity exercise combined with CLA decreased significantly adolescent obese rats body weight, body fat percentage, blood glucose, Improve insulin sensitivity,expression of RBP4 m RNA in visceral adipose tissue, expression of RBP4 protein in liver and the levels of plasma RBP4 were decreased, different intensity Exercise combined with CLA is better than CLA, High intensity was better than low strength intensity,expression of RBP4 in different tissues have the same.(3) Simple exercise is better than the simple complement CLA for adolescent obese rats weight, body fat percentage, Blood glucose, insulin sensitivity expression of RBP4 m RNA in visceral adipose tissue, expression of RBP4 protein in liver tissue, the levels of plasma RBP4 and Other related indicators, There is no difference between sports with CLA and pure exercise.
