The Research Of Early Warning Mechanism In Campus Crisis Of Vocational College

In recent years, the public crisis has already become an important factor influencing thesocial stability and development. In the vocational colleges, emergencies are risingcontinuously which has a great influence on the teaching order and the stability of VocationalCollege. The vocational college campus emergencies will be defined as the campus crisis.This paper will focus on early warning mechanism of campus crisis which has importantpractical significance.Using the public crisis management theory, combined with the actual management of thestudents, the thesis conduct the research of the public emergency crisis early warningmechanism in Higher Vocational colleges. The full thesis can be divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction, discussing the basis for the research purpose andsignificance, research; analysis and carefully combing the relevant literature on the domesticand abroad. At the end of twentieth Century, the focus of the study from the emphasis oncrisis event treatment to prevention, with particular emphasis on the early warning study oncampus before the crisis. The research scope gradually expanded from the political field toresearch field of campus crisis management; clarify the research ideas and methods andinnovations. The second chapter mainly analyses the crisis management theory, combinedwith the actual definition includes vocational college campus crisis, crisis management invocational colleges, early warning mechanism of vocational colleges campus crisis,characteristic, connotation, strategy and principle of purpose and function.The third chapter carries on the investigation of campus crisis early warning informationin Suzhou College of Information and Technology. By questionnaire investigation, putforward problems, namely the lack of continuity and system of crisis management, crisis earlywarning mechanism is not perfect, the ideological and political education is insufficient andthe crisis management system is not perfect. Aiming at the problem of campus crisis warning,crisis on higher vocational college campus system is not perfect, the information collectionsystem is not perfect, crisis response and recovery plan is not perfect and the anti crisis drillsand training needs to be deepened in the thorough analysis. Based on the existing problems, the fourth chapter analyzed campus crisis warningmechanism and brings forward four principles of prevention, public information,communication and coordination, rapid response of vocational college campus crisis earlywarning mechanism construction. From four aspects of campus culture consciousness crisiswarning, sound and efficient campus crisis early warning information systems, and improvecampus crisis early warning mechanism feedback system, building science campus crisisearly warning indicator system discussed vocational colleges on campus support and feedbackcrisis warning system, which made the establishment of a unified complete vocationalcolleges campus crisis management agencies warning, improve campus liability crisiswarning mechanism, improve internal and external communication channels to improve threeaspects of vocational colleges emergency warning systemOn the basis of the general principles and methods of crisis management and earlywarning mechanism on campus, combining the characteristics of vocational colleges, thispaper empirical researched and proposed early warning mechanism has some scientific andoperability.
