Research, Based On The Conditions Of Our Country's Public Health Crisis Early Warning Mechanism

Nowadays, frequent outbreaks of the current public health crisis, and the upward trend in the frequency, which economic development and social harmony in China had a major impact. Facing public health crises, early prevention is the greatest wisdom. The top priority of preventing is the establishment of crisis early warning mechanism. As our country's public health crisis early warning system construction started late, compared with the developed countries, it often seems passive and lagging behind that our government deal with the public health crises. Therefore, our government must establish a rapid, effective and comprehensive public health crisis early warning mechanism as soon as possible to, improving the government's capacity of the public health crisis early warning, it has been an important task of governments at all levels now.From the basic concept of a public health crisis in the meaning of early warning mechanism, analyzes the crisis of public health status of early warning mechanism, in certain early warning mechanism in public health achievements, and then from the legal system, a sense of crisis management system, early warning devices and their ways of analyzing the responsibility of the public health crisis exists in the lack of early warning mechanism.
