Twenty-first Century was an era of opportunities and challenges, along with the economic globalization development, all aspects of political, cultural, social and so on gradually realize the globalization. This leads to the close relationship and frequent communication in the world, promote the development of economy, politics, culture between different countries, but also leads to some global problems become more and more serious, such as environmental pollution, shortage of resources, and international terrorism. In this context, the equality, solidarity and cooperation between country and country have become an irreversible exchange themes and trends, also become an important standard to measure the quality of modern citizens, so our country’s basic education must pay attention to the cultivation of students’ spirit of unity and cooperation and ability. The new century our country carried out the eighth basic education curriculum reform, in the specific target of the basic education curriculum reform put forward clearly to want to improve communication and cooperation ability of students, so the group cooperative learning as a new way of learning and teaching strategies are the majority of the school and the teachers in primary and secondary schools applied in classroom teaching.The high school ideological and political lesson as a moral nature is very strong discipline, not only bear the basic concepts and basic theory knowledge of middle school students, and to train the ability of a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values and to improve the students’ participation in the modern social life of middle school students is duty bound. At present, the implementation of cooperative learning strategies in the ideological and political course in high school, the middle school students to improve learning efficiency, interpersonal communication and participation in the modern social life ability, promote students’ healthy all-round development and achieved remarkable results. However, there are also many problems worth solving.Therefore, this study was a foundation date back in the definition, characteristics and theoretical basis of cooperative learning groups, according to the necessity of the present high school thought political lesson to take the group cooperative learning style, combined with high grade Hubei Wuhan City fifteenth middle school politics classroom in group cooperative learning situation, such as construction analysis group the group cooperative learning in the high school thought political lesson is not perfect, cooperative learning, teachers play an important role in the form of cooperative learning problems such as lack of attribution, and from three aspects of students, teachers and schools.Group of high school ideological and political class cooperative learning model to obtain actual effect, really improve the students’ spirit of cooperation and collaboration, and promote comprehensive development of students, must according to the present problems to take further appropriate strategy to obtain the consummation and development of group cooperative learning. Such as the cooperative learning group setting, teachers and students cooperation consciousness and ability is needed for thinking and further improved, in order to promote the overall development of students, enhance the teachers’ teaching skills and teaching ability, make our country’s basic education curriculum reform into practice, obtains the actual effect.
