| In the current era,with increasingly fierce international competition,the politics,economy and culture of each country has developed rapidly.The more fierce the competition,the more necessary to establish a sense of cooperation,the higher requirements for high-quality talents with a sense of cooperation and innovative spirit in the society.In order to adapt to the development trend of the times,the way of group cooperative learning is extensively adopted,for instance,the wide use of it by teachers in the classroom.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode are increasingly apparent.For the sake of promoting students’ well-rounded development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor,school teachers must change their teaching methods,guide students to transform the learning methods,alter the status quo of students’ passive learning and promote effective communication between students and teachers,so as to improve students’ learning skills,strengthen interpersonal skills and cultivate the spirit of innovation in the process of group cooperative learning.Taking the application of group cooperative learning method in high school ideological and political teaching as the research object,combined with personal teaching practice,the paper studies the relevant issues of group cooperative learning method.Through questionnaire survey,it can be found that there are some problems in the current group cooperative learning,such as unreasonable group construction,inadequate teaching preparation,low enthusiasm of teachers and students and lack of timely and effective evaluation mechanism,which mainly arise from the traditional educational concept of teachers,inadequate teaching preparation,the individual difference of students and the unitary evaluation mechanism.To this end,four improvement measures are proposed,including adherence to the principles of subjectivity,moral education,interaction and comprehensiveness to innovate traditional educational ideas,full implementation of the spirit of curriculum reform to constantly strengthen their own learning,making good preparations for teaching to comprehensively consider the situation of students,scientific and reasonable construction of groups and establishment of a reasonable evaluation mechanism to improve the teachers’ own quality,thus promoting the ideological and political curriculum reform in high school. |
