Lower grade literacy teaching and research basis of the origins of Chinese characters was opened in the year of 2014 autumn semester, which is mainly for the protection Chinese characters of principles teachers in Guangxi areas. This paper attempts to do some research on established cases gathered by the protection Chinese characters of root teachers, to introduce the advantages and disadvantages of literacy teaching, to explore the reasons behind the problems,and to put forward to the strategy effectively. Further to help the attended teachers in this seminar that teachers have the habit of reflection, summary and improve primary school Chinese literacy teaching. With the interaction of the students’ learning and teaching, teachers finally achieve the target of promoting the region capability of personal professional research and developing comprehensive quality.This paper is divided into the following several parts:Introduction part firstly elaborates the reasons for writing this study; Secondly presents the three stages of development of literacy education and show the overall situation of the characters of the theory research and the principle of literacy teaching practice research, the author aims to find the difficulties in literacy teaching from the literature and put forward find an unified principle to guide teachers’ skills; Finally summarizes the objects of this research, methods and points out the significance of this study.In chapter one the author defines the study of literacy teaching, the origins of Chinese characters and other related concepts include the theory of philology, pedagogy and psychology research foundation.In chapter two through the observation of the teachers, results of questionnaire and the interview outline, the author first presents the overall literacy teaching present situation in Guangxi region On the basis of investigation report, which is applied to analyze these objects’ teaching design; The next introduction is focus to the constructing rules of Chinese characters has also excellent and bad. Last the reasons for these present separately from the three levels of social, teachers and students to explore the underlying problems.The last chapter from the macro, intermediate and micro three levels the author puts forward the tangible and feasible strategies. From the macro level, it should be balance teacher resources, attaches great importance to the construction of teachers team, writer other literacy teaching material; teachers should go into the Chinese character, teaching material, curriculumand students; On microscopic the author points out that teachers should follow the specific teaching literacy strategy, Select the appropriate literacy content, blend other literacy teaching methods and so on.
