Dialogue teaching has been used in Mongolian education since new curriculum reform in the last ten years. However, as the new reform moves on, conversation teaching has gradually revealed several problems,which obviously blocks the progress of the reform.This essay by taking conversation teaching as content of the study, sets the in class section 、after class the student to the dialogue attitude survey and case analysis,adopting the analysis as a starting point to find out drawbacks of the monggolian teaching styles in high schools and exploring the causes. In first chapter mainly elaborates the significance of conversation teaching. In second chapter, through in class section 、after class the student to the dialogue attitude survey and case analysis found in the teaching of the conversation problems as school students’ main body spirit loss, the main body ability weakened, consciousness is not enough. Therefore, it is essentiol to establish a dialogue teaching system.Based on this point, this article put forward dialogue teaching content selection, create a good dialogue teaching environment, teachers improve teaching skills and literacy search for an effective method of optimization of conversation teaching.
