Practice Of Community Care Of The Elderly Self-organization

Our country is facing the arrival of an aging society, in order to deal with this issue,the model of the elderly community care gradually rise to social and provide new options for public services. In recent years, with the the core of active aging influence on “Make elders enjoy independence,achievement and entertainment. ”, community elderly,especially the younger elderly community has become an emerging force of volunteer service.Under the premise of the elderly community groups with a common vision and objectives, the residents work together through aid, cumulate social awareness in the community, increase a sense of community, and strengthen the interpersonal trust, which will contribute to the creation and promotion of cooperative action and become the benefit intangible resources in community. Community self-organization as a community gathering of civil power, if constructed by optimizing its form of social capital, building trust and cooperation with internal and external actors, and forming the value of consensus,as a result, it can enhance its role in community care.Social Work uphold the values “Helping people to help themselves” involved in public affairs, how to make community-based organizations have democratic participation,self-discipline,self-coordination, self-development and other “self-help” abilities should be a community work focus, and self-organization is one of the focuses.This study of Suzhou W street low to high project as a case study, was designed to investigate the community elderly mass organizations in the social work intervention after formation of self-organization, focused on observing and analyzing elderly self-organization in old-agepension and cycle pattern of self-organization ability that occupy the home and community care implementation effect.Finally, in accordance with the research survey, put forward suggestions for community work in order to set an example to improve the direction of the reference model for future development of community care, looking forward to the organization as to create a community care community empowerment.
