Beliefs have attracted widespresd attention in recent years. Belief, which is the highest or object of faith and the pursuit of high value, had certain influence on people’s psychological behavior. Social development was accelerated, as the environment is changing, and adaptation is one of the results to cope with environmental changes.To investigate the relationship between the land-lost farmers cultural integration and spiritual beliefs, help to promote the healthy development of urbanization.Research used spiritual beliefs questionnaire(revised edition), social and cultural adaptation questionnaire,self-concept questionnaire(revised edition), coping style questionnaire(simplified), A tolal of 344 citizen in Tsingtao and Soochow paticated in the research. The results of Paired-Samples T-tests show that the land-lost farmers beliefs is given priority to with social beliefs, the practical faith is less major, supernatural beliefs propensity is minor.In the spiritual, social and cultural adaptation, self-concept and coping styles different groups have different response, especially in the area and degree.Regression analysis showed that the causal relationship between social cultural adaptation and spiritual beliefs, different spiritual tendency on the cultural adaptation mechanisms are different, self concept and positive coping styles in mediation role model. All in all, we get the conclusion is that a)belief and acculturation are reltated to personal characteristics,b)social beliefs are positively predicting the acculturation of the landless peasants, c)self concept and coping style play an intermediary role in social belief and cultural adaptation.
