National ministry of education issued the new curriculum standard for the Chinese learning in the course of overall goal and expression and communication module, made a more detailed provisions to the middle school language oral communication ability; basic education course reform is to cultivate the students’ practical ability, exploring ability and cooperation ability put forward specific demands. The series of initiatives marks the Chinese education in our country emphasis on oral communication ability training problem has improved. Therefore, oral communication ability training strategy research becomes a very meaningful task of reality.However, in the actual oral communication teaching practice, policy advocacy has not been well implemented and implementation. Based on the current junior middle school Chinese oral communication teaching circumstance of actual survey and questionnaire, we can see, there are many problems in aspects of the syllabus and curriculum standard value orientation, teaching content and teaching material construction, teaching practice and teaching evaluation in reality of oral communication teaching.There are a variety of causes of the problem, if we want to change the junior high school Chinese oral communication teaching status quo, measures must be from various angles of comprehensive implementation strategy. Therefore, we must firstly clear and uphold the concept such as principle of effective oral communication learn basic right, study guides, and the parties involved in teaching and communication psychological adjustment methods, according to the current actual situation and specific problem, formulation and implementation of effective teaching strategies applied to the practice of oral communication teaching. In this way can we truly through teaching to improve students’ oral communication ability, and make the middle school language oral communication teaching in a planned way, scientific and systematic development.
