The application of English includes listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating, and in the middle school, the teaching effect of oral English is obviously inferior to others, and the students’ oral ability is not good. The main reason is that there is no emphasis on the cultivation of the students’ oral ability. The teachers, although agree the importance of oral English ability, however, under the background of examination oriented education, the teachers emphasis the examination ability of students, teaching content is mainly about reading and grammar. Under such teaching mode, the students’ oral ability can not meet the application needs. English is now used as the world common language, if students can not speak English well, some day they will enter the society, it is hard to adapt to the society. In the latest issue of "English curriculum standards”, task-based teaching is confirmed. It points out that teacher should take irritating task experience activities into teaching, let students learn by doing, no longer face lifeless books and papers, and at the same time with thought and expression, take the learning content into their own knowledge system. Variety of tasks can arouse the students’ desire to participate, mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to speak English, so as to improve the students’ spoken language skills, this paper based on the requirement of the latest issue of "English curriculum standard", on the current situation of oral English teaching investigation, collates and analyses of the survey data and summarize the conclusion of the investigation, and according to the survey results and constructivism learning theory and task-based language teaching theory, propose junior high school English task based teaching mode, and the combination of personal learning space analysis model for supporting conditions for the realization of, provide certain reference for oral English teaching in junior middle school.
