At present, Service staff for the aged is a ignored social group, the focus is primarily focused on the old man in the pension institutions, ignored the services provider, the group due to the work as a job burnout of high-risk groups. And job burnout are losing enthusiasm to work, the mood be agitated, irritable, and feel hopeless about the future, indifference to the people around, things, and in physiological frequent headaches, back pain, muscle pain, low immunity, often feel unwell, and so on, cause huge adverse effects to the community, I am interested in society to ignore such people.In this paper, the research object of suzhou heroine personnel of the project, they family care for the old due to the jobs in particular, they bear the more pressure than normal work, in the long term is more prone to job burnout, and self doubt, tension sensitive emotions such as anxiety, inferiority and social barriers, such as work slack behavior deviation. To solve these problems, design the four theme activities, with the workings of a team and the case for the problem of endowment from personnel of course of intervention. The study found that the group is mainly due to the individual, family, work, social interaction aspects of reasons, and job burnout. In this paper, the integrated use of interviews, questionnaire survey and so on a variety of ways, through the comparison of service personnel before and after the test data, and the team to evaluate the effect of the intervention, the team members about the basic one hundred percent satisfaction. And through a series of targeted group activities, make the most of the members of the factors in emotional exhaustion and cynicism, the paper had lower score, the number of mild burnout, height of moderate burnout, burnout are reduced, and the whole process of intervention to get the better effect.
