Service industry is the third industry in our country.it is the important power to promote the development of economic modernization.because of its containing wide area,not only wide range,but more practitioners and liquidity.Food industry as an important part in the service sector,80 and 90 become the main force of the catering industry after the traditional migrant workers,They not only have the demand of the revenue side,but more social relationships,personal career development.The enterprise should focus on realizing the stability and developing their work.Because corporate social work has benefit in employees,not helping understand themselves,but also making reasonable career planning.Therefore this article selects some catering enterprise in Chengdu(the A enterprise)as research objects and use Maslow’s demand theory as the guiding theory of this paper,In order to find the career unstable reason,mostly through investigating the restaurant staff,including the office of staff’s motivation and career planning,do the questionnaire survey to the employees who have left the company,Second we use the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as a basis for the group,expected to understand the demand of employees and ease the job burnout,we want to increase employee’s stability and reduce staff turnover.Finally we summarize the problems and difficulties in the team work,explore the better way to offer a better service in the enterprise staff career,and hope the government enterprise and social worker work together : To strengthen the government policy of the dominant and law support;Enterprises set up the position of social worker,optimizing the internal management of social work;Social worker should define themselves and strengthen their skills.
