College students should serve as the main force in the construction of the "Beautiful China", Whether they have strong environmental morality has profound significance for the construction of Beautiful China. Since the 21 st century, under the guidance of the concept of developing vigorously, many colleges and universities have embarked on environmental moral education, and have achieved some results. But due to various reasons, there are still many problems in college students’ environmental moral education. How to solve these problems, strengthen college students’ moral education environment, help them form a good moral environment and make them better involved in the construction of the great cause of "beautiful China" is an important topic of the current ideological and political education. This paper has carried on thorough discussion of this subject based on practice.In this paper, from the perspective of environmental ethics education, adhere to the combination of practice and theoretical analysis, using the questionnaire form of students from six colleges of Heilongjiang province, thorough understanding has been carried on the students’ environmental moral education present situation. Main problems of current environmental moral education in colleges and universities are summed up based on the questionnaire data, and analysis its reason from the society, university, family and student individual perspective, then use literature retrieval method, data statistics and comprehensive analysis and other research methods, the research achieves from environment, ethics and other related disciplines, puts forward feasible countermeasures to solve the problem, clears the main channels of moral education environment in colleges and universities, combines theory with practice and discusses the issues of the ecological moral education in colleges and universities.Through the research of this topic, hoping ideological and political education can further play to the role of main channel in the university ecological civilization education, and continue to improve and strengthen the ecological civilization education in colleges and universities with the help of the unique campus culture education power,.
