A Study On Ecological Civilization Education Of Universities Students In View Of Beautiful China

With precious resources of talents, university students are the main supporting strength of building a beautiful China and realizing the "Chinese dream" of the national permanent development. The ecological civilization education of university students is not only an important part in the universities’ideological and political education, but also the significant contents of ecological civilization education. Since the 18th Chinese Communist Party Congress discussed the ecological civilization in special chapters and raised explicitly "building beautiful China", the related problems about ecological civilization and beautiful China have become the hot topic in the academic circle. Based on this background, to combine with the present situation of modern university students’ ecological civilization and with the view of beautiful China to study the university students’ ecological civilization education become an important selected topic of theoretic meanings and realistic value.At the beginning, this paper gives an definition of beautiful China and ecological civilization education of universities students. Also, it explains the theoretic foundation of ecological civilization education of universities students. This paper discusses the importance of ecological civilization education of universities students from the following aspects:university students ecological civilization is an important part in the universities’ ideological and political education and is the need to cultivate students’ health personality. Moreover, it is an inevitable need to cultivate and practice the socialist core values. It is the reflection to blend of students’ ideology, morality and law attainment. In this paper, it integrates reality to analyze the beautiful China giving new requirement to university students ecological civilization education. That is beautiful China demanding to put the sense of ecological civilization into the students’study and life. It demands to integrate class teaching, cultural construction in campus and social activity. Also, it demands to put ecological sense, ecological culture and ecological aims into the assessment system. What’s more, it demands to build a long-term mechanism of ecological civilization education. This paper focuses on analyzing the main expression of ecological civilization education that does not fit the new requirement of beautiful China. First, ecological civilization education are not put into proper place. Second, universities are lack of the methods to launch ecological civilization education. Third, universities ecological civilization education are shortage in the related institution and security condition. Based on these, with the view of beautiful China, this paper rises tactics from the following aspects as setting up the idea of ecological civilization, enriching the systems of ideological and political education, taking advantage of all kinds of carrier. Last, it can form a basic thinking of the beautiful China giving new requirement to strengthen ecological civilization education of universities students.
