The construction of teachers is an important issue in development of schools, the construction of teachers plays an important role in education. Private schools to achieve rapid development, enhance the competitiveness of schools from the root, the quality of running a school must realize breakthrough, and this breakthrough is inseparable from a stable, high-quality teachers. Excellent team of teachers is the school ensures the high quality of teaching level of security, but also the school’s most valuable resource, with the increasing number of private schools and the scale continues to expand, the construction of teachers team appeared imbalance, a series of questions added relative lag, to strengthen the building of teacher has become an arduous and long-term task. Only through paying attention to the training of teachers, employment outstanding teachers, strict examination and effective incentive combination way, to make the schools develop long, therefore, to build a stable teacher troop is the private schools to keep a certain foundation for sustainable development.Private school teachers is different from public schools, they have the characteristics of variety and large number of categories of personnel, personnel quality is uneven, wide range of sources of teachers. Development strategy and human resources management activities and the construction of enterprise of the contingent of teachers are similar, so in the construction of teachers’ team specific, there are several theories worthy of our attention, they are: strategic management, human resource planning and recruitment, performance management and salary welfare. The 4 theory is not sufficient to cover all relevant theory, but can be roughly seen to explore the direction and the method of the construction of the contingent of teachers in private schools.Taking YC University for example, its the competitive environment and development strategy as the premise and the foundation, to the development of this school personnel as the research object, on the school’s human resource management and external environment, source of talent, human resource management scheme advantage, disadvantage, opportunities and threats are analyzed. In order to fully understand the construction of the contingent of teachers in YC school, the author respectively according to the existing school teachers and students to do a questionnaire survey, through the collection of statistics of the original data and to master the YC school in the construction of teachers in the real situation, found the construction of teachers’ team YC schools exist in employment, education management system, the management of teaching quality and teachers’ welfare and other aspects of teachers, and in the light of these problems, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including formulating team construction planning, scientific and reasonable and improve the teachers’ appointment and training system, strengthen the management of teaching quality and performance oriented build up the talent pool and other methods, the true realization of talent the survival of the fittest, in order to adapt to the school to improve the teaching level and competitive situation of development.According to the school teacher management problems, this paper re designs the construction of teachers overall planning, personnel reserve plan, staff recruitment program, teacher development plan, and gives the specific implementation steps. During the writing process, also the implementation of teacher team construction scheme for the school was tracking, evaluate the implementation effect of the scheme.Students are the main body, the teacher is the leadership, the construction of teachers affects the level and quality of education. Strengthening the construction of teachers in private schools is an arduous and long-term task, the school must take effective measures, pay attention to the construction of teachers’ team, has a stable, excellent teachers, only in this way, can we promote the progress and development of private education, and even the whole education.
