| Nowadays,my country’s private higher education is developing rapidly.Private higher education has become an important content of my country’s higher education,occupying an important position in the entire national education system.The team of counselors shoulders the important task of doing basic student work such as ideological and political education of students.They play an important role in promoting the implementation of the party’s education policy in private colleges.Therefore,we must attach great importance to the construction of the counselor team in private colleges.On the basis of combing the current status of the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities in China,this research uses Sunshine College as a practical case and introduces research methods such as questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and document research method to deeply analyze the current private colleges and universities in China.The construction of the counselor team.The results of this research show that the current construction of counselors in private colleges and universities in China has the following problems: first,the level of professionalization of the team is low;second,the team structure is unscientific;third,the stability of the team is not strong;fourth,the lack of rationality Incentives.In response to these problems,this article proposes the following targeted countermeasures: first,strengthen the importance of private colleges and universities on the construction of counselors,and pay attention to the development of counselors;second,build a complete policy system for the construction of college counselors;third,scientific planning guidance The career of the staff;fourth,continue to improve the instructor incentive system of private colleges and universities.With the joint efforts of private universities and the instructor group,guided by national policies,it is of great significance to promote the construction of the instructor team into a healthy track.This article mainly uses Maslow’s level of demand theory and motivation-health theory to study the development situation of the construction and development of the private college counselor team and existing problems.At the same time,it conducts research and analysis on how to improve the professional level of the private college counselor team.Put forward relevant suggestions.The main purpose is to make private colleges and universities better build the team of counselors,to strengthen the professional ability and comprehensive quality of counselors,and to contribute a little to the sustainable development of private colleges and universities. |
