Study Of College Teaching-team Construction Based On Team Efficiency

As an important content of "Quality engineering", the construction of both teaching team and teaching faculty with high-quality, has been placed in a prominent position, given profound attention, and become an important measure for deepening higher education teaching reform and improving the teaching quality ceaselessly. How to strengthen, improve and optimize the construction and management of college teaching team has greatly profound significance and impact on constant advancement of college teachers' quality and promotion of Educational teaching ability.The pattern of current international technological competition has been sped up for adjustment, presenting multi-polarization. To construct an innovative country, it is the obligation of colleges and universities to cultivate numerous talents with both creative spirits and innovation capabilities for the whole society. Plenty of synthesized disciplines and inter-disciplines have arisen due to the mutual inter-infiltration and combination of knowledge from diverse fields and different disciplines. Teachers must strengthen exchanges and cooperation so as to improve the levels of teaching, professional knowledge and scientific research under the new situation of sharp acceleration knowledge updating and increasingly high demanding for overall quality. If universities want to deepen education teaching reform, improve the teaching quality in order to adapt to the demands of the community, they must innovates from various aspects such as teaching content, teaching method, teaching organization and so on under the new situation. And, this is also required objectively that universities should undertake teaching team construction.In this thesis we studied the construction of college teaching team from the beginning of theory discussion and research of current situation, and then we analyzed the reason and proposed the countermeasure. Referring the management theory on squadron group's research such as the group dynamics, social identity theory, organization coordination theory, the learning organization theory, etc. we analyzed the current developing situation of college teaching team and its main difficulties encountered in our country by combining the theory of team and higher education, adopting document analysis and questionnaire, and so on. Finally, We talked about the details of the patterns for building the college teaching team from the team leader, the teacher scale, target construction, performance evaluation, system construction and its operation mechanism from the management of teaching team, the processing relationship between scientific research and teaching, teaching materials and course construction, etc.
