Research Of Education System Applications D On Chinese Rainbow Plan Project

Rural education plays a basic and important role in the process of building an overall well-off society and education informatization is also an important part of national informatization development strategy. "National medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020)" clearly put forward that the key to enhance rural school information infrastructure; To built an education informatization system covering all urban and rural schools at various levels by 2020.In recent years, our country and local governments at all levels have attached great importance to rural education, so informatization construction has made remarkable achievements. However, there are some factors restricting the development of rural informatization. The equipment price threshold is high and the investment needed is large. Besides, the complex operation is a high knowledge threshold to users. Many primary and secondary teachers in rural schools have difficulty in using modern information technology,rural primary and secondary school education informatization is always in the lower phase.According to the above problems, this project around the related problems in the construction of education informatization of rural schools in Tengzhou and put forward a total solution based on China rainbow plan information engineering and the actual needs of rural middle and primary school education. This paper comes from the project--- "Low Cost, Low Energy Consumption, High Reliable Embedded Terminal and Information Services Platform".This paper first analyzes and studies the theoretical basis of the system and determine the system mode and related technology.The system adopts B/S mode, using the Apache Web server, database server using MySQL, uses the PHP as the main programming language, as well as using HTML,CSS, JavaScript and AJAX technology.Then determine the construction plan of the system according to user’ requirements, and complete the design of the system architecture and function module through combing system process.The Web education software system based on "China rainbow plan" consists of three modules:education information platform, teaching resources sharing platform and online examination system. Education information platform covers the knowledge of elementary schools, junior schools and high schools; Teaching resources sharing platform can realize upload, download, and the manage teaching resources;Online examination system provides online real-time environment, it can realize the paperless examination environment gradually and save the cost of test. Through the conceptual and physical design of the database,we complete the design of the main function. In the final we analysis the performance indicators in the actual work environment, and has carried on the detailed testing on the system.Through the promotion and application of this design project, China rainbow plan will give full play to the platform advantages of "cloud computing server+broadband network+thin client". It’s an effective integration of education information network and multimedia teaching resources. The teachers and students of rural primary and secondary schools will really benefit from the process of education informatization. The system will promote the construction and development effectively of the education informatization in rural primary and secondary schools.
