Research On The Construction Of ZX Website 's Primary And Secondary Education Resource Sharing Platform

With the further popularity of Internet, informatization has gradually become a general trend of the economic development across the world in the fifth economic tide. Meanwhile, with wide application of the Internet technology in China and ongoing improvement of the hardware and facilities of the primary and secondary education, the primary and high schools have increasing awareness of enforcing academic exchanges by means of the information technology. The cooperation among schools has been made more frequent and closer, leading to increasingly strong demand on educational resource sharing. These factors objectively require constant improvement of capability for building the primary and secondary educational resource online sharing platforms, and thereby further enhancing quality of teachers of primary and high schools and full sharing of quality educational resources.This paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduces mainly the background and significance of developing the primary and secondary educational resource online sharing platforms and summarizes the domestic and overseas literature related to this study. The second chapter sums up the relevant theories, mainly the theories on the educational resource sharing under the definition of online educational resources. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the primary and secondary educational resource online sharing platform of ZX website and finds out the problems of the platform by referring to the relevant theories on the educational resource online sharing. The fourth chapter makes a feasibility study to construction of the primary and secondary educational resource online sharing platform of China with the strategic analysis to the technology, capital, human resource, external environment, main competitors and target market of ZX. The fifth chapter proposes the development strategies for ZX primary and secondary educational resource online sharing platform based on the above study.The study is made with the purpose of realizing maximized use of and equal access to the educational resources and education balance by means of developing online educational resources, given the fact that the equal access and education balance cannot be realized at the current stage. This paper is to offer certain reference for the effective sharing and improvement of the primary and secondary educational resources.
