Research On Regional Digital Education Resource Sharing Based On Yangpu Education Cloud Platform

The construction of educational resources is the core of education informationization.And Regional Digital Educational Resources is the key content of educational informationization.However,there are many problems encountered in the process of carrying out the development of educational and teaching resources.The impact of the implementation of educational cloud platform for the education industry is important and far-reaching.It can reduce the construction cost,improve the utilization of resources and achieve educational resources sharing.Digital education resources construction in YangPu District located in Shanghai has made great achievements,but utilization efficiency of information resources,application effect,investment benefit and etc still has a big gap between people’s expectations.The repeated construction of educational resources,the information isolated island and the phenomenon of lack of teaching resources in subjects is also increasingly prominent.In this thesis the primary and secondary school teachers in YangPu District as the object of study,using questionnaire to understand teachers’ attitude of needs,construction,application and sharing for digital education resource and to understand utilization situation of education cloud platform as well.Furthermore,this thesis analyzes the present situation and demand of teachers’ application of digital educational resources.Through the analysis of survey,it is found that the digital educational resources can meet the needs of teachers basically,but there are also some problems.Mainly reflected in: digital education resources cannot meet the diverse needs,integration efficiency of digital educational resources and classroom teaching is not high,The mechanism of co construction and sharing of regional digital educational resources is imperfect and the shortage of regional cloud sharing platform in digital educational resources.On this basis,Put forward the strategy of digital educational resources sharing in YangPu District: to improve the environment to provide digital educational resources sharing technical support,to develop of incentive measures to accelerate the build of digital educational resources sharing and to build the regional education cloud platform to construct the shared interactive information environment.Based on the research on the strategy of sharing of digital educational resources in Yangpu District,the most effective way is to build the Yangpu District educational resources for teachers,students,parents and education managers to provide education information support of Yangpu District education resources sharing cloud platform.By Integration of existing educational resources in the region,and constantly enrich the new high-quality digital educational resources,and establish a rich,friendly and personalized educational information resources library can maximize the sharing of excellent teaching resources.Therefore it can provide more convenient and efficient service to classroom teaching of teachers and maximize the effectiveness of the construction and application of regional education resources.Through the investigation of the effect of educational resource sharing in Yangpu District,the application effect of Yangpu District education resource sharing cloud platform is discussed: sharing a wisdom cloud classroom resources,meet the needs of teachers and students diverse needs;enrich the teaching methods and the integration efficiency optimization of digital educational resources and classroom;integration of high-quality educational resources,improve the regional education resources sharing mechanism;improve the effectiveness the classroom teaching,promote teachers’ professional development.
